Playtime Required [ Must be 4 days or Above]
I have been playign for 1 week 2days 11hours 36 mintues and 10 seconds

In-Game Warnings [reasons and amount. type !warns in-game to find, must have fewer than 20 warnings. (exceptions can be made)]:i think ive only been given one warning for rdm which was in v5 of the map i belive dont exactly remember.

Have you read the rules of SCP-RP, and do you understand them?: i have read all the rules of the server and understand them all clearly.

Have you read the rules of SCP-096, and do you understand what you can and cannot do? Demonstrate your understanding* i understand that i can not go on a massivekilling sprees even if told by other players to do so i also now that i cant move after killing my target or to try and look around to make people see my face

Are you able to play SCP-096 often when the job is not full, and give good RP to other players who encounter you?: I will try to give players a brilliant rp experince as 096 and ill take any advice on how to be him more sucessfully

What is the Containment Procedure for SCP-096?*(Explain in full detail) To contain 096 is to keep eyes averted from his face and then try and get into a posistion to bag 096 head so no hostility can acqure and will be cuffed and then escorted back to its containment chamber.

During research, a Class D looks at your face and manages to escape the Containment Chamber, he runs towards the Entrance Zone. What is your course of action while chasing 096-1, and what do you do once you have killed them?*: Once i have managed to kill my target i will cease all hositlity and remain where i have killed my target so that e 11 contianment or cs can take my back to my contaiment chamber

While chasing 096-1, you pass a researcher, Class D and a MTF unit who all look at your face accidentally. Once you kill the current 096-1, you go back and find them, then proceeding to kill them also. Is this good RP and why?*: It makes the Rp of 096 more easyer to understand because even if they didnt mean to see my face they still did so i do have to obey my scp rules and hunt them down to kill them it also teaches people and players why not to look while 096 is out

If SCP-096 bag had come off or if some Escapee Class d ran past and grabbed it, as E-11 or CS would you chase the class d or proceed on to recontain SCP-096?* I would continue with containing scp 096 because he takes higher priority then a running class d i shouldnt have to chase a class d thats why secuirty are on site

A GOI has managed to enter the facility, and they open your Containment Chamber to cuff you and take you out of the facility, one of them looks at your face but tells you it was an accident, and you can just ignore it. What should you do? Why?*: Even if the person says it was an accident i still have to do what i am told to do in my scp rules to chase and to temrinate my target even if they did it by accident.

Steam ID: [U:1:257924399]

Playtime and Level (5 days and level 50 minimum): 1 Week and 1 day, Level 50

Warns: 0

What is the Department of External Affairs?: The Department of External Affairs is the Foundation department specifically tasked with dealing with all external scenarios, whether they are positive or negative. Their overall role is to ensure that Foundation Sites can continue to operate smoothly without interference from the local populace or major threat from hostile GOIs, so that operations can continue and MTFs are able to feel secure when leaving for their duties. They also deal with negotiations and general relations with other neutral GOIs that can be found to be of use to the Foundation, so that all branches of the Site can reap the benefit.

Who is the Head of External Affairs?: The Head of External Affairs controls the branches of the Department of External Affairs. They have the ability to contact and coordinate Field Agents who are an essential part of establishing order on the surface and deal with prisoners who have been brought in from the Surface. It is essential that the HoEA has the ability to respond to any threats posed to the site and can coordinate armed units that are on the surface, but also reliably use his agents and personnel inside of the Site when necessary for interrogations and conversion of prisoners.

What is a GOI?: A Group of Interest is typically a group that has dealings in the anomalous and have become notable enough from doing so that the Foundation has paid interest in them. The way in which the GOI uses the anomalous is irrelevant. Even if they are friendly to the Foundation, they will be marked as such and are monitored to ensure they never pose a threat to the public with it, as it would be against the typical goals and desires of the Foundation.

Who does the HoEA answer to?: The HoEA answers to the Site Director should they intervene with onsite dealings, but reports directly to the O5 Council.

What are the duties of a HoEA?: As mentioned, the HoEA must be able to command MTFs and give them permissions for raids so that they have the highest chance of operational success, they must know fully how to deal with external prisoners and who can be classed as a useful/useless person for S-66 and O-12 conversion and they also must have the ability to negotiate with any potential neutral GOIs to coordinate efforts in dealing with hostile GOIs, such as CI or Atlas. The HoEA overall must be able to protect the Site from any external threats and allow it run smoothly.

What is MTF Sigma-66 and Omega-12?: Sigma-66 and Omega-12 are Task Forces that are exclusively filled by recruited surface members. MTF Omega-12 is typically reserved for PoIs who display anomalous properties that can be taken advantage of, as long as they are willing to cooperate. Sigma-66 is typically reserved for infantry units, such as CI Operatives and they will typically work closely with MTF Nu-7 to deal with Surface operations when necessary.

Describe the SCP Foundation as a GOI: The SCP Foundation as a GOI is a group that is concerned entirely with preventing the anomalous from reaching the surface and having an impact on the general populace. Whilst they typically have an aversion to using anomalies, in very rare circumstances they use the anomalous to further their own means and counter hostile GOIs that are trying to use the anomalous for their own gain.

Do you understand the rules of SCP-RP? (1 sentence is not an answer.): Yes, I absolutely understand the rules of SCP-RP

NLR,RDM,FEAR-RP,METAGAMING

NLR: New life rule that means when you die you cannot return to your last position.( Where you died)

RDM: Random death match that means you can't kill someone without a reason.

Fear-RP: For example if someone is kidnapping or forcing you to do something and pointing a gun to you, you cannot run and you must do exactly what the kidnapper says.

Passive-RP is important. You must be patient.

Do you understand the basics of 1048? (1 sentence is not an answer.): Yes, I fully understand the basics of Scp-1048. Scp-1048 is a teddy bear that can freely move itself. It can only communicate with gestures. It will show affection to the foundation personnels gaining their trust by hugging their lower leg, dancing e.t.c. It can freely roam around the facility.

Do you understand that PassiveRP is very important in this job and why?: Yes, I know that Passive-Rp is important for SCP-1048. It's not about killing every man it sees or trying to harm anyone. It must remain peaceful to everyone in the facility.

Do you understand the rules of SCP-1048, and are you willing to follow them at all times?(1 sentence is not an answer): Yes, I understand all the rules of SCP-1048 and I am willing to follow them at all times. I can't speak to anyone through the mic, I can only use gestures to communicate. I can't open the doors because of my size. Fear-RP applies for me so that means if someone that have the power to contain me threatens me i must do whatever he says.

Describe how SCP-1048 should act with and around Foundation Personnel: It must be remain peaceful all the time to the foundation personnel. First I must prove that I am friendly to them by hugging their lower leg e.t.c.

Describe what SCP-1048 does: First of all I must gain the foundation personnel's trust. I can communicate with them by drawing or gesturing. When I gain their trust then I will try to get their ears to build duplicates.

A GOI has breached you out of containment and take you to Gate A, they tell you to come with them, what do you do?:

I will tell them to wait (out of RP) because i need permission from Senior admin or higher rank. If they give me permission then I can go with them but if they don't give me permission I will tell GOI that I cant go with them.

I think you should wait first to see, if your first Application gets denied or approved. If it gets approved, hooray. If not, you need to wait for a period of time to apply again.
