Remove RM Speeder

What your suggestion is: As you all should or do know the Platinum / Regular VIP RM Job has a F4 Speeder entity, the only problem with this is most Republic Mercenaries go as said job to minge, get AOS'd then normally kill themselves on the speeder or get off, there is no physical way to arrest someone on a speeder so it would be an endless chase which is quite irritating and boring. In addition to this the fact that RM think they can get an easy way out of the AOS by killing themselves with the speeder by boosting into a wall is also fail RP. The RRM also has the speeder in their F4 menu but personally I dont think it should be removed from that job as it is a paid whitelist and the Platinum / Regular VIP is like a sort of bundle but with the RRM it is a price for one job.

I know some people that play RM to merely have fun with the speeders but always without minging
But also, i got ran over by RMs on speeders many times, and they make really obvious how they do it on purpose

I completely understand and can agree with your points however a much easier and more beneficial solution for those that play the job seriously is to just simply blacklist any one that minges and abuses the speeder or other eq.

Like nathan said, it is one of the main EQ for RM, RRM, However you can just remove it from the F4 menu and make it to staff to spawn it.

Like I said, I think it should be kept for only RRM not removed from both RM and RRM

In my opinion, it could be removed from the F4 menu but they would have to ask staff to spawn it. This would at least counter the issue of them spamming speeders or at least staff would be confronted with the player if he did destroy it on purpose. This would give normal players the ability to still use the speeder as intended.

Minging behaviour is punished accordingly by staff regardless of the job. If there is a repeated case of the same person using any vip or plat vip job to minge, a blacklist or even a rank revoke is in due. Simply inform staff. As for the arrest part, chasing a RM with a speeder can be irritating at times, but your job is not a walk in the park, hence you have the speeders to counter it. Intentionally killing themselves with a speeder is FailRP and it is obvious if it was intentional.

Just to reply on my post, I think completely removing the Speeder from the RM job is not the best idea, but maybe getting a staff member to spawn it in or getting staff to simply be more strict when it comes to blacklisting the said person from RM

people who take advantage of the speeder and kill themselves to avoid getting arrested is fail RP.

if it's a constant offender we can blacklist the individual from the job so I don't think this is a necessary solution
