Why should we pick you for Battalion:

I have been recommended to join battalion since some people in my regiment like the way I lead events, in situations of battle I stay calm and maintain an open clear mind to think of strategies to outsmart the enemies such as moving positions in battle to places they wouldn’t think we would come from and attacking from there surprising them and surrounding them so they can’t focus on all of us at once. In all situations such as arguments I am fair and unbiased until I find out all sides of the story, have proof and check if they have (1.) a bad reputation with people which may affect the way the story is being told and (2.) see if they have a past of doing things like this, I will never jump to a conclusion because if I do this if may cause mistakes that cannot be undone and may affect the way people think I am when I try to be as fair as I possibly can. I am also an easy person to talk to if I don’t have anything personal against you and I haven’t talked to you myself I will treat you the same as everyone else, I will not judge a book by its cover.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion:

There is many different roles and responsibilities for battalion, the main roles of battalion in general is making sure the base is run smoothly as possible (making sure the base isn’t in havoc and people aren’t minging and telling them how to be if they are acting badly) and to defend the base as best as possible by ordering regiments what to do and using them to full capacity if the base is being attacked, making sure you are respectful and are not viewed badly by people, making sure you are disciplined, to grant and deny requests and if you are not sure if you should grant or deny it you should ask them why they are asking permission to do a certain action. If a battalion is supervising a regiment they should also make sure that their regiment is being run smoothly and give advice or your opinion and certain matters, they then have to give a weekly report on what is happening in the regiment to admiralty. They also have to make sure cadets in the cadet area are being trained and if they are not being trained call an NCO+ to cadet area to train the individual or the group that need to be trained. Also Battalion members should only wear their armour when defcon 4 and bellow has been called and also must refrain from using heavy weapons without their armour on.

Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked:

I have not been demoted, kicked or banned.

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank:

I understand that battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading?

What a battalion member should do when they are in combat and are not leading is making sure that the regiment they are supervising is achieving their fullest by aiding them with your arsenal and combat skills as best as you possibly can. If you are then ordered by the battalion who is leading to supervise a certain regiment then you must obey their order, however you are not allowed to order that regiment to do what you want them to do although you are permitted to aid them in making decisions such as telling them where they should go in a building when searching it. Remember that you should let the regimental commanders lead their regiment

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session?

A Battalion Officer Cadet has to do a training of some sort with faces, formations and questions, successfully lead an event and calling and doing a debrief.

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events?

The job of a Co-Leader during events is to help make big decisions and give advice to the leader if he needs it, the co-leader is not allowed use the voice amp as well since they are only the co leader they are not the leader the final decision is given to them and everyone should respect the decision he makes.

Anything else:

Thanks for reading my application i appreciate it.

I am sory to say it, but it seems like you dont even have 2 weeks on the server so you dont have a lot of knowledge. You also only reached Major 6 days ago. I feel like its better candidates this time around and thats why I decided to give you a -1.

Seems mature even tho' I don't know you much

Fairly active

Low playtime

"Only" Major

Missed something out on the point: What is the job of the Co-Leader during events?

Do not take the bad reputation as an offense. Just work on what the people criticized you for and sooner or later you will get battalion as well.

Sorry but -1

I hardly know who you even are, I have only seen you on a few times

Low playtime, 1w 6d is not that much for a Battalion member

Also your explanation of a co-leader isn't the best

Low playtime, just hit Major, this a a textbook first Battalion application. You have quite an entertaining and impressive self-summary which is cool. From the occaisons I have talked with you I can tell you are a cool guy. But without a doubt you need to get that playtime up, as what comes with playtime is server experience, which is one of the most valueble assets someone in Battalion could have beforehand. Loosely linked with the previous point, It seems you only just hit MJR for the first time which is in now way nearly enough leading experience to jump straight to BOC and so forth.

You do have a lot of potential though. I encourage you to continue trying hard and playing, working your way up and focusing hard on your regiment. I can tell at this point you will be a great future candidate. The only negatives is lack of experience for me which is very important.

Overall good application. Nothing stands out to much however but it was very well formulated and you should be proud. Another thing to say is well done with reaching Major. SO isn't an easy rank to reach, so being able to do so is amazing.

Unfortunately there are a few flaws. Firstly you are very new. Not at all a bad thing but people don't know you. I could not really say anything which is a bad thing. Next you have just reach Major. My suggestion is stay in the regiment and learn a little more about leadership and what the battlefield is like before becoming battalion. I should also say, try to work with other regiments. You only have one slice of what everyone does. Try to join a DU training and then maybe either a 501st, 212th or 327th training to learn what its like in a different role.

Overall do not be upset. You have done really well and I congratulate you. Just work on what else you can learn before trying again

Good luck,

-Connor/Breatoking
