Quick summary about you: (70 Words - Minimum) I'm a Resourceful guy, Striding for Perfection and Efficiency. I know my Reputation on the Server isn't the Best due to my Bad Past. I work at my School as one of the Top Computer Technicians [ Yet i can never fix my Mic ] . I've Had my Ups and Downs in life and Aswell Some Over-realistic Goals i cant do, But During the Last 3/4 Months on the Server I've learnt many new things other people wont tell me

What should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum) I believe you should pick me to be in battalion due to my Loving, and Calm charisma as well as my Hustle towards Better and Brighter Goals. I believe I will be a successful candidate for this mission due to my Recent Achievements and Activity. Since joining the SWRP Community I've always wanted to join battalion, Sadly I took Jedi for most of it. I've came into CE looking at a Fun way to rank up to Major where I could apply for Battalion, When Seeing C-wright became battalion and left kind of turned me away but Seeing Rogue with his Funny Moustache I regained the effort to Re-write my Application, I know my Rep in the Past is not the Best but I'm trying to restructure it, First by Starting in Battalion, If I do get battalion I will try to Rank up as Well  Helping Others complete their Goals. I will try to always strive to Complete my Minimums and go to the Meetings unless a reasonable Circumstance Arise. If I do get Granted I will Feel more respected in the Community as well . I will be a Active, respectable  Member of the Battalion and the Community 

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) Battalions Jobs is to Assist in Regimental Trainings witch Include NC0 C0 and S0 Trainings Aswell as Normal Regimental Trainings [ETC: FT for CE or Manhunts for CG]. Battalion also do Open Trainings to Assist in Clones Learning New and Variable Tactics in Combat or Learning New Methods . In Events Battalion not Doing the Main Leading can Assist their Regiment [Not Leading Their Regiment Completely] .
As well Battalion who Lead the Event will have Access to the Voice Amplifier [BO+] To witch they can Order there troops to Defend the Base from Attack or Attacking Enemy Outposts [BO+ Must use the Red settings on the Voice Amplifier] Battalion at the Start of a Base Attack must head to Battalion Bunks and Equip there Armour. 

Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: (If so, explain why) I've never Been demoted to say but i did resign from Jedi, I've never Been Banned, I've been Demoted from Jedi for Being Inactive 

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Affirmative, I know if i Mess around as Battalion i will Be Kick from Battalion

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? Battalion when Not Leading Will assist their Regiment holding their Battle Positions with Them using their Chosen Weapons [1 per Life or 2 Per Event until they are Bcmdr+], They can also Push out and help other regiments attack the enemy [but don't expect to Not me Shot, Battalion are Normally Targeted] . Battalion arnt Allowed to Order there Regiment everywhere but can Suggest ideas

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session? A battalion Officer Cadet starts with a Training witch Includes Face, Formations and Questions [Getting Tips from his Mentor on how to Improve] . The Battalion Officer Cadet must then Lead a Event [From Advert due to Voice Amp being for Battalion Officer+] Getting Tips from His Mentor on what Regiments should be doing. Thirdly a Battalion officer Cadet must Complete a Debrief on the Event that Happened. Then if Battalion Command Thinks that the BOC has done good and will Promote them to BO where they get Three More Tasks that are, 1. Lead a Planetary, Lead a Event with a Voice amp and Courtyard Training

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? The Job of a C0 Leader is to Help the Leader in Decisions Aswell ready to assist the Leader if He crashes or Has to Go so the Event can Continue without Hindrance.

Has wanted Battalion for a long times and I think he is up for the task with this very detailed application.
His strike has recently been removed showing that he is very responsible.

When I was ARC in CE, I saw archer improve and work hard to gain his goals, his main one clearly being in Battalion
When I was Temp VC I really saw Archer's effort within CE and if I am honest, its some of the most commitment I have ever seen.
We decided to remove his strike as he did an outstanding job as Trial EXO, aswell as Shepherd.
Since he has no strike, I see no reason why Archer would be Denied, maturity has massively improved and so has performance

This is wrong, I would expect 4 Battalion applications in that you would get this right

You only get to pick 1/2 equipment per event, not per life

And my final point is that you have just copy and pasted your last application. Although I don't think there is a rule against this, to me it shows that you haven't put much effort into the application.

 

Overall I will put a Neutral/-1. The reason for this is that I still think you may be a little immature but you may have changed. You also got the tasks wrong in the application which isn't that big of a problem but I expect people applying to Battalion to know what they have to do. Weapons isn't that big of a deal. Even though I gave you a low rating I wish you good luck in your application!

While Archer is a decent candidate for battalion, with how poor quality his mic is at the moment and the fact you have a reputation to be a little mingy sometimes I feel he wouldn't be the best person applying at the current time. But if Archer's new Mic is good and he can prove to everyone he has got a bit more serious (which I think he is beginning to do) I dont see why he couldn't be in battalion.

he has on many occasions avoided training making excuses
he two warns in the past week which does not really show your maturity well

despite getting a new mic my ears still bleed

 

to conclude i believe archer is still not worthy for battalion as he is still showing a less immature side to himself

Archer is extremly dedicated to CE but also trying to join Battalion coming up to 4th application i believe but really. You do sometimes minge but all of us do it sometimes. I think you will take this position seriously and do well in it.
