Only issue is due to you not knowing much about Jedi. The is very low and any jedi that could kill that sith in less than 10 seconds so HP near 100-150k is good

Legend, genuinely wants it from speaking to him aswell which is a positive, as its not just about ULX to him.

Will contribute massively to EP, give it to him.

Understand that his Jedi side isn't the MOST detailed but I was much the same to begin with, with abit of time he will be smashing them so no danger there.

Seems very interested in being an EP and it shows with how detailed his event plan is only problem is that the Jedi EC will need more HP than 10k but i don't think that should affect the app considering its an easy enough change to make.  if given the chance he will contribute a lot to the EP team.
