New Quinlan Vos Model

What your suggestion is: Changing the Quinlan Vos model to decrease the server download size.

Any additional information: The Current Quinlan Vos Model is 27 MB where as the one I have suggested is only 1.7 MB which is a huge difference, the model is also pretty cool and I like.

Well, it's from Defcon, so your going to have a bit of trouble with licenses and stuff.

It should be fine, in the addon description it says "If you wish to use this on your own server, go right ahead." and I'm pretty sure the umbaran models we currently use are also from another communities server.

+1 looks nice and a file reduction is is always great. Another thing to add is that the workshop is a public place to upload addons and you cannot stop anyone from using addons on their server.

Model is no worse than current one and much smaller.
