Yeah, used to staff some darkrp servers and another militaryrp server. Once attempted to start a community with a friend, but that didn’t go so well and i ended up here.

What do you aim to achieve in our staff team:

I aim to assist the current staff team in keeping the community striving forward and keeping out those who are not willing to take the server seriously.

 

Why do you stand out among other candidates:

I believe I stand out as I have read over the server rules countless times trying to better myself. I am usually one of the players who stay up late at night when it reaches the bad hours of the rp, where often a lot of people join with the intent to mess around and cause havoc. But it’s also worth mentioning I enjoy helping others, being a high rank in the few regiments I’ve been in has obviously helped me in this way and allowed me to understand the different types of people who play this server.

 

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):

Throughout the past year of playing on this community I have enjoyed every moment and met some of the best people, the community is always growing and I want to be apart of that. I believe I’m friendly, trustworthy and an active member of the community, and already have good relationships with a few members of the staff team. With my past experience using ULX and other staff powers I would not only be able to staff individually but could also help other members if needed. I strive to make sure the RP experience is fun and friendly for all, as that’s the way it always should be. Above all else my activity on the server stands out. I play the SWRP server every day (even without lockdown) and therefore know a lot of the challenges the staff team face on the server. I believe I am a mature individual and this can also be reflected with my 0 warns and bans, this can also be seen in the high ranks I have reached in my clone ranks being ARC LCOL, GC MJR and currently 501st LCOL. As a staff member I can assure you that I will be able to achieve my minimum claims and any other requirements each week, in the past year I’ve had experience in plenty of situations expanding my knowledge on how the staffing system works and am willing to overcome whatever challenges I face.

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:

If it were an OOC situation it wouldn’t matter but if it were IC as 2nd LT+ I would remind them of the saluting rules.

 

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:

Apologise to the SMT and aim to make up for my misconduct in the following week by aiming to double what I’d usually aim for.

 

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:

I would try resolving my issues with them privately.
