  8. Hello, Your application is well versed in terms of the outlines in roleplay and requested explanation within the application. The only thing which irks me personally is the amount of random capitalized letters in mid-sentence and minor syntax or grammatical issues. However, this is not an English examination and surely, this will not affect your duties as a staff member. You claim to have -..Rather, have the ability to commit yourself for 40h on the server, which nearly makes it a full-time job. Should I be worried about your potential state of health? Of course, the aforementioned is but a mere jest. Rather commendable to say the least. The issue with the current staff team in my opinion is that they're quite lazy and are selective with picking their sits. Looking for the easy way out rather than performing their duties. I believe you're a dedicated individual who likes to see the fruïtion of his results. You're one of the few people that does take his role seriously within his IC - rank and uphold a certain standard. This is exactly what the staff team needs right now. As, in my opinion. There is a certain lack of it. You've not received a single warn or ban in a timespan of 3w+. Which is rather rare. Only goes to show that you do, indeed are a suitable member to enforce the ranks of the staff team. This seems to be a flippant issue within any faction. The value of life is completely disregarded. There are dozen of accounts of people running in guns blazing, without any regard for the life of the hostage. Be the change you wish to see in the server. Just immediately issue the ban message: [BAN][B1] Propspam [PERMA] rather than any warning. Followed by commencing the !xban I wish you the best of luck, +1 Mauser

  9. RP name: Kaneki Frost Steam name: [W-G] Rainbow SteamID: STEAM_0:1:229303029 Playtime: Just reached 4w and 40min Warnings and how you got them: 1 warn. Metagame, job abuse and revenge RDM. (I was a genuine newbie.) What is UIU?: The UIU (Unusual Incidents Unit) is a division/branch of the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigations or Fidelity, Bravery, Integrity) and a GOI (Group of Interest) of the SCP Foundation. The Unusual Incidents Unit is also a branch of the United States government dedicated to protecting the US from anomalous. objects to prevent the soviets from getting their hands on these anomalous entities. They specialize in capturing and using anomalies against the communists, usually the GRU-P Division. The UIU also tend to be passive, and not hostile-like. What is Three Portlands?: The City of Three Portlands, commonly called Three Portlands, Three Ports (3Ports), or simply Portlands, is an independent city-state and paranormal enclave located within a self-contained pocket universe, accessible via Ways located in and around Portland, Maine; Portland, Oregon; and the Isle of Portland in the United Kingdom. With a big population. Why do you wish to join UIU?: I have seen the UIU for quite some time now and this is one of the GOI's that Fascinates me, they are usually nice, professional, and good at what they do. Not only do I want to join UIU for that, another reason is that I can be there as another UIU Agent to assist Ovis (And Foundation ) if needed! The UIU assists the government and not some bad companies/bad GOI's such let's say The Chaos Insurgency. What makes UIU different from groups like GOC, GRU-P, etc?: The UIU is seen as incapable of their job from a large amount of people that know about them. The UIU is in good relations with the Foundation. The UIU counts as a kind of Police Department, as they work with the Government, unlike Chaos Insurgency for example. The UIU Lacks funding, manpower and training, but they make up for it in their dedication to their cause and weapon systems that help them in their cause. The UIU aren't as hostile, they are mostly non-confrontational.

  11. Your in-Game Name: Kaneki Frost Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:229303029 Your Age: Currently 15 years of age. (Still...) Your In-Game Playtime: Just reached 5 weeks. Your Warns: 1 Warn. Metagaming, job abuse and revenge RDM. (In one warn.) Rate Your RP Skills: It depends. Naturally: 8/10. What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?: O5-1: "The Accountant". Have you read and understand the rules of SCP-RP?: Absolutely! Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): Throughout my times being part of Site-Administration, such as DoEAA, HoEA, even Site Adviser, I've seen the small little things that is special about Site-Administration, they are the important people who generally help with inside management, or are specialized in the outside management. There are certain Foundation Administrations who help with task forces, or Research Department, let's say Ehtics Committee, or The Site Director. Now that I've actually aquired the SD Whitelist, I had a whole new Point of View of a high ranking person on-site, I had to manage most stuff such as GenSec and order MTF's and make calls, good and professional O5 Council Member. Taking a more in-depth view of being a Site Director, being in a high position and being called on comms most of the time, I do know what it feels like to be of top priority to the foundation and help them. Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?: Who works directly with the notoriously private and inaccessible O5 Council? Let's see. First the O5 Council's muscle, Mobile Task Force Alpha-01, appropriately nicknamed the Red Right Hand. These are the best of the best, handpicked for both skill and absolute loyalty to the Council. They work with an extra layer of secrecy and accept their orders directly from O5. If the Council decides it doesn't care for you, then the red laser dot that appears on your head an hour later is attached to a rifle of a Red Right Hand operative. Also seemingly the O5 Council are able to grant any sort of request at their will, but they will mostly deny requests depending what this could be. Most of the time, you won't see an O5 in public, they are mostly attempting to be secretive, and not show themselves always. What is the O5 Council?: Like a lot of secret organizations, the Foundation goes to great lenghts to make sure their forbidden knowledge remains secret, that's why low level junior researchers, guards, and janitorial staff aren't privy to where all the bodies are buried - both literally and metaphorically speaking. The O5 are a group of 12 or 13 people, usually named "The Overseers" or "The Overwatch." . The Foundation has five levels of security clearance, and the O5 Council and their select staff are the only ones who are at Security Level 5 - also known as "Thaumiel Clearance." O5 Council members are also considered Class A Foundation Staff; meaning they are of critical value to the operations of the Foundation. As such, they're not permited to interact with any anomalies for fear, corruption, alteration or death. Though of course seeing as they're the most powerful people in the Foundation, they don't always follow their own rules on this one. In the event of an emergency their evacuation and transportation to a designated Safe Zone becomes a top priority to all Foundation underlings. They rarley, if ever, interact with the majority of the Foundation instead favoring to use a vast network of messengers and go-betweens for security purposes. Are you currently head of a department (Job Manager), general staff in Nu-7 or a Site Director?: I'm a Site Director, but not general staff in Nu-7 nor Job Manager. What Departement would you like to focus on? (Research, Mobile Task Forces, Ethics,...): As seeing from the examples in the question itself, I would love to choose any, I wouldn't mind working with Task Forces. I have had some experience with Nu-7, but mostly with E-11. Research could also be good! (I also wouldn't mind working with an O5 Buddy.) I appreciate you reading this, if you have any feedback, let me know! Thank you. Kaneki Frost. -

  12. -1 boring Generic answer saying you have dealt with high powers in the past. Lets get some interesting people in the council instead of people who just see at as a progression of their power complex. Obviously my opinion doesn't matter but if you wanted to impress me I'd add a lot more about the kind of roleplay you'd do and what differentiates you from the 10 thousand other O5 apps that have just appeared over the last weekend.

  13. "Compassion" Your in-Game Name: Adlactor Nell Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:221843075 Your Age: 17 Your In-Game Playtime: 14 Weeks and 2 Days Your Warns: (Warns are provided in the Screenshot below) Rate Your RP Skills: ~7 or 7.5/10 Have you read and understand the rules of SCP-RP?: Yes, I have read and understood the rules of WG SCP-RP. What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?: I'll go with O5-1 as it's the only available designation as of right now, if possible I'll go with a custom character based on my in-game HR/ECM character "Dr. Nasuki Nell" or O5-1 "Compassion". Nasuki Nell (Alias: Ahmad Al Baghdadi) was born on the 21st of September 1990 and was employed into the Foundation as an Engineer after graduating from the University of Houston and later on joined the research department, working on several assignments and passion projects before later being promoted to Head of Research & Development then shortly afterwards joining the Ethics Committee, more information regarding his skillsets & experiences can be found at the following link or by viewing the RDD to access project files & documents or upon request. Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g. (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): My work and experience as a researcher can bring the ability to look for the broader image and focus on the minute details when inspecting objects or circumstances, in addition to that, I also enjoy going out of my way to try new stuff such as leading field research and working alongside MTF's and POI"s on the surface. Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Administration?: An Overseer has virtually limitless power and access to the Foundation arsenals which gives them access to several unique items such as the Fountain of Youth, in addition to that, an Overseer ensures that his subject's are working effectively and efficiently when necessary, they also partake in several discussions and votes that require an open-minded approach yet conclusive due to their nature as the ethical or practical repercussions may be severe but necessary. What is the O5 Council?: The O5 Council or The Overseer Council is a group of 12 entities or individuals that represent the leaders and decision-makers of the SCP Foundation, some specialize in different aspects such as combat or espionage whilst other are unique in their own ways whether be in physical in nature or mental. "The essence of oligarchical rule is not father-to-son inheritance, but the persistence of a certain world-view and a certain way of life, imposed by the dead upon the living. A ruling group is a ruling group so long as it can nominate its successors." - George Orwell Are you currently head of a department (Job Manager), general staff in Nu-7 or a Site Director?: No, I am not a head of a department, general staff or a SD. What Department would you like to focus on? (Research, Mobile Task Forces, Ethics,...): Internal Affairs & Security or Research, if possible a mix between the two.

Do you understand that if you break any CI rules you will be punished?: ye Please explain why the Foundation Civil war broke out (100 words minimum): The Beginning So right, you had 05 sitting in EZ big smoking imported cigars that were smuggled in by Agent Dav...i mean Agent [Redacted]. Meanwhile, whilst they were enjoying the smooth crunching sound of an MD grinding out light ammo to rank up for peanut gaming hours, engineering were building a diversion route around HCZ due to a wiring issue, that meant NU7 and E11 would have to add a whole 15 secs to their travel time to get to LCZ. E11 command didnt like the fact that someone told them "No" when a specialist tried to get through a solid concrete pipe and claimed prop block, and after a small altercation involving Nook warning an MC&D salesman for some random reason who had nothing to do with the current situation, a small war broke out. To the northern front you had the Engineer gaming deparment form a coalition force with service personnel who allowed a build up of rubbish to form in by the acid pits, forcing the loyalist E11 forces to funnel down a choke point. As this bought the new coalition much needed time, Engineering had successfully managed to create a bridge above the gap by the giant lizard thing. Being the tactical genius' that E11 and NU7 PVT's are, they walked across the bridge without checking the screen to see that it was built by the coalition forces, who then promptly deleted the prop from under them, leaving most of the soliders at 10hp. The Valliant Stand Upon recovery, and realising that the new coalition forces held the teddy and medic spawn, the loyalist forces fought amongst themselves for what little heals could be given. After about 3hrs of people claiming fail rp, and the engineering department showing Joe Connor their bridge simulator game claiming that the bridge they built couldnt carry the ego of both E11 and NU7 they were allowed off with a verbal warning, stating that "Engineering would be trained to build bridges strong enough for both E11 and NU7 ego's, as well as the huge balls that the HOMD WL carries". This may have been a small win for the loyalists, however the coalition used this time well During the confusion of the prop kill, and a clever set of "Friendly hacks" being done on their rear defences, a handful of CI, GRU-P and MC&D agents infiltrated the foundation exterior, where only 90% of them died trying to climb down the elevator shaft and the remaining 10% were arrested after being metagamed for waiting at a locked door they didnt have access to. This became dire news for the coalition forces, as supplies ran low and the fps was dropping due to the sheer amount of light ammunition being spawned in their render angle. E11 began pushing by themselves due to NU7 being at school with decent progression, pushing the trash piles aside like a mighty wave againt grass(?). Within the afternoon they have pushed as far as the LCZ Breach shelter, only slowed by the sudden "accidental" release of the D-Class in their general area...however this didnt even dent the surplus of ammo the loyalist forces had at their disposal. The Fall It was looking pretty grim for the coalition forces, the D block had now been resecured and most of the props had been deleted due to Nook admin abusing. They readied their last stand outside 173's cell, with an unlimited supply of service personnel spawning at their disposal, the coalition forces sent wave upon wave of unarmed men at the E-11 machine gun line to buy as much time as possible...It was looking grim. The remaining engineers prepared their shovels, readied their pliers and opened 173's cell so he could fail breach and snap necks as they came though the door......but ..... a miracle. The Stand An alarm blares "Look to my coming, 2 hours of gametime, 45 minutes past the last breach, at dawn...look to 682" Hope? NO, a chance!! E-11 and NU7 panic, mass confusion stirs as all NU7 privates pile onto eachother like in fall guys to form a firing line at every door, brownnosing their CO's along the way....this is the chance. Engineering, Service and all loyal to the coalition charge forth into the fire of hell, bullets bouncing off their courage and shovels and close combat commences. Many E11 were bonked on the head with tempered steel shovels, their nipples twisted with the Nipon Pliers of raa. 682 breaches the rear of the loyalist forces causing mass confusion to all, and a great slaughter that lasted a better part of 5 minutes took place. Both sides were fighting tooth and nail, security were breaking NLR to absorb ammo for the coalition forces, admins couldnt stop the sheer numbers. D class got access to keycards and began shivving anyone in a uniform in the kidney. The End And so it came to the end...05, after taking a puff of the cigar finally noticed what was going on. They paniced, their elite forces had failed to quell this rebellion and neither side could tell who were winning...the loyalist claim that the coalition had heroin smuggled in to help them, and the coalition claim it is but a skill issue. 05 have had enough regardless, and wish for their AFK smoking session to go back to normal. The warhead was to be armed. Records dont show clearly what happened next...loyalist forces would claim that the warhead was detonated and that is why there is a huge crater in the ground. The coalition claim that they just dug the hole to beat the warhead at its own game, it remains a mystery. Then CI infiltrated during downtime and spawn killed security What are the primary goals of the Chaos Insurgency: Fund MC&D and give admins their required weekly staff sits. What is the role of Delta command?, give a description on the rank structure and roles of the CI: Ask for Club Services?!? Delta top. IC You have breached SCP-106 to cause havoc and chaos in the Foundation. As you hear over the intercoms, E-11 and B-7 are bringing Class Ds and are ready to activate the Femur Breaker to contain SCP-106. What do you do and why?: Shoot dclass and claim skill issue You spot a GOI with a high valuable anomaly that can be used for the Chaos Insurgency. However, this organization is highly guarded and keeps a close eye on the anomaly. As you are noticing all this, you hear over the comms that the Foundation is going to come and take the anomaly from the GOI . What do you do and why?: Mustard and heroin ye

  20. In-Game Name: Cameron Stoker SteamID: STEAM_0:1:128962199 List of warns: 1 warn, gave it to myself in Jun/Jul of 2020 for Accidental RDM Any previous or current staff experience: I have been staff twice, once in Summer 2020 where I was demoted for large inactivity and again recently this year when I resigned in the interests of my health. Why should we pick you?: Creativity and roleplay situations that have been generated in the server have been one of the topics that interest me the most. Despite the unlucky fate I've suffered through most of them, they are some of the peak moments that I and probably many other players on the server would experience due to the level of intensity and stakes behind them. I know for a fact that I have my own creative mediums and have contributed to many of these situations in my own right, from my more combat orientated moments of command as CSB/A-1 during the site invasion events, or more subdued investigations and discussions with Foundation Administration. I understand the logistics of what creates interest and enjoyment from an RP scenario and I want to channel that as an Event Planner and run events for other players to enjoy. I can attest that I have thorough knowledge of most necessary ULX commands based on the fact I have been staff twice now and will trust myself with the usage of commands during my events and I therefore trust the creative element and the technical element required to properly be an Event Planner. The combination of these two things is necessary as being an Event Planner comes with great responsibility as every action you take can have a ripple impact on all currently active players, so I understand the need to be professional during this time as well and am fully confident I can be that. Event plan: Please find an event plan enclosed here.

  27. Your In-game name: leandoer Your Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:111264295 Reason of the ban: FearRP Date you were banned on: today Duration of ban: 4 days Admin who banned you (In-game name / Steam name/ Steam ID): banshe Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: i was gunpointed whilst pulling out a weapon, my i reacted to the situation in 0.1 seconds due to it being a natural reaction, if you take all gmod factors into account i think its fair game. Do you think your ban was justified: no, what makes it even less justifiable is the fact that i was banned 1 hours after the situation occurred. there was no sit issued when the incident happen, therefore i am unable to provide a clip from my point of view. Why should you be unbanned: double standards init. i was "under gun point for 0.14 seconds before my weapon was drawn. 0.14 seconds. in my opinion its complete fair game. as shown in this admin abuse thread: due to the reaction time being so quick, the admin was essentially let off the hook. i dont see why that rule is only applied when a staff member is being accused of it. Any kind of evidence: my honest word shown in this video provided my max raeder, 0.1 seconds after he initiated a valid gun point (weapon fully drawn) i had also drawn my weapon fully. https://streamable.com/y4titn Additional information: i would like to add that it is kinda pathetic that he waiting until a staff member he was friends with joined the server so he could handle it. also the fact that he waiting 1 hour after the incident to report it, like i previously stated that i why i have no evidence from my POV that i could provide

  40. Steam Name: Nopuh. Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:419437356 Current OOC Rank on the server(eg Plat VIP, Mod): Platinum VIP. Age (14 - Minimum): I am 18 years old. What is your playtime (2 Weeks - Minimum): 4w 1d 13h 37m. Do you have a microphone, is it good quality: Yes, I'd say it's a good quality. Have you read and looked through the Battalion Handbook: Several times and even made notes on it. Do you meet the requirements: Yes I do. State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go in game and type !warns.) Upload it to http://imgur.com/ or as a steam community screenshot and include the link https://imgur.com/a/yYLmmyh It was a simple mistake when messing around with the training lightsaber as a youngling. I didn't expect it to do as much damage as it did and I had killed the other youngling in the room. In Character Section - In-Game name: (Regiment, Rank and then your name) CG Major Doot and Jedi Shaman Doot All Previous Ranks Obtained: (Highest Per Regiment) I've gotten to 41st SGTM, 501st SGT, 74th Senior Doctor, CE LCPL and CT T-EXO. What should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum) I've got good leadership skills, I've always tried to take on the role of leader when in situations based around team play. I like to take control of a situation and handle it in the best ways I know how. I've been planning strategies for combat since I joined the server. Even using my college course to help out with that by looking to old war books to be able to sample ideas from these books and how these wars were fought. I've been doing my best when it comes to trying to improve myself for the better. I'm hoping that I can get accepted so I can reach my full potential. I've been told I am a good leader by a lot of people who have seen me in combat or in training scenarios. I'm just hoping I can get in so I can prove myself to everyone in the server and show them I can be a good leader and a good person. I've had some issues before with people but I'm currently trying to do the best I can to fix any wrong doings I've had with the person. I enjoy putting things in order, I've been told I've got quite a demanding voice so I believe this will come in handy when it comes to being a battalion member. I'm also quite a caring person but I do seem a little mean when people first meet me. I'm brutal when it comes to rule breakers and nice to those who show me kindness. Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) To be able to guild people and show them how to get a job done quick and effectively. Their job is to also make sure the base doesn't go to hell by denying and granting permission requests depending on what the reasoning is. The most important part of a battalion member is to organise people and make sure attacks are done well and properly co-ordinated to allow maximum efficiency. Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: (If so, explain why) I have not. Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: I do, If I didn't I wouldn't be applying for this position. I think this position will allow me to show how much I've changed over the months I've been on the server. What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading: Battalion will normally be with their regiment that they supervise in the front / midlines , granting and denying to help the leader, also making sure that if the leader crashes or is unable to carry on leading that they're able to take over at a moments notice. What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session: Host an open training involving faces, formations, etc. Hosting a sim for the troops to be able to practice in real-time combat scenarios and also leading an event and hosting a proper briefing/debrief What rank can the Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up to: They can promote and demote up to Captain. What rank and above can use two pieces of Regimental Equipment: Battalion Colonel+.
