I use Teamspeak often, I use SW-RP Discord daily and frequently visit the forums.

State the role of staff on the server:
Role of Staff is to keep the balance between fun RP and serious/not mingy RP, this should be done with minimal inconvience to others RP experience

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:
I would check Logs and if this is infact true, and they have no justifiable reason, I would hand out the correct punishment, that being RDM/MRDM in this case.
2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:
I would teleport or PM a Battalion member and tell them a Cadet is needing trained, they could then handle it in a more RP respective way.
3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:
Accidents happen, I don't believe staff involvement is required in this instance, if it was infact an obvious mistake.
4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:
ULX powers are definitely not required here, and if used could even be classed as Staff Abuse, it is an In Character mistake therefore should be handled In Character. The CT is most likely new and just needs reminded of what ranks he must salute to.
5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:
This is them trying to find a loophole within the server rules. I would explain to them, as stated in the server rules document on the forums, that Staff have final say and if the do not agree with this they can speak to a member of SMT or take it to the forums.
6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:
Again, I would state that Staff have final say in decisions and if they do not agree with my decision they can contact a memeber of SMT or take it to the forums

I believe I am a good candidate for the SWRP staff team because of my dedication and reliability. Being in the server for a year I have never taken a long break away from the server and only taken a LOA once, not once letting my activity slip, showing my sheer dedication and reliability when it comes to the server. After working my way up to High Council in Jedi and getting Major in Doom's Unit, I think this is another great example of my dedication. I successfully managed to balance both Clone and Jedi before choosing to focus and main Jedi.
Getting to the rank of High Council in Jedi is a great example of my commitment to the server, getting to this rank shows I am trustworthy and respected within the server. Being 17 years of age, I am a mature individual who hates biased opinions, I would bring a clear perspective to every sit I am part of and always seek the best outcome. I can maintain calm under pressure and have a friendly nature whilst not being walked over. I play at different times throughout the day, mainly during peak hours but sometimes I come on early morning and other times I come on late night. The prior two times are when I do not see a lot of staff on, and this is where I believe I could help benefit the staff team further and help people playing at these times.
At the end of the day, I enjoy playing this server and only want to further my enjoyment whilst helping others enjoy their time too. I am a devoted individual and would not disappoint the Staff manager or any other member of SMT if chosen
