  1. This is strange because I have been involved in dozen of sits like this, and every time the staff member has just dropped the sit. It really isn’t my problem that the criminal decided to go to the exact same spot as me. I didn’t even know my car was there after I had died.
  2. Your In-game name: Alfred Biergerstein Your Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:82868544 Reason of the ban: FailRP [Tier II] - Breaking NLR Date you were banned on: 2020-11-02 Duration of ban: 2 Days Admin who banned you (In-game name / Steam name/ Steam ID): Trial Moderator Gustav Becker - STEAM_0:0525483914 Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: So it all began when a criminal got in my car and gunpointed me. When he gunpointed me he also told me to go to the river outside of Berlin. When we arrived at the river, both of us got out o
  3. Check this post and you will find out why you got banned.@Frank Roldop
  4. Well this became a cluster fuck rather quickly. Even with the players 26 warns, and 16 Tier Is, as this was indeed purely accidental (in my eyes anyway), this is to be bumped down to a Tier I and ban removed. To avoid this in the future, get your names from like german fantasy random name generator to get valid, and correctly joined first and last names. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is the reply by Auster when he decided to give Jakob a Tier I, and you say veteran players can get Tier 1s?
  5. Jesus fucking christ Why would I make an unwarn request if I think the warn wasn't justified?
  6. And as I have mentioned before, the cars are American 1950s cars. It is possible for an American 1950s car to have a turbocharger.
  7. Where does it say that JTA? I think veteran players also can receive Tier I warnings. In my case it was an unintentional error. Tier I - Misunderstanding / Unintentional Error / New Player / an Accident
  8. "Tier II - Intentional Rule Breaking /Constant Rule Breaking / Already been punished or told to stop / No Rule Knowledge Whatsoever" What do you mean with a Tier II JTA? Do you really think my behavior was intentional? As this was the first FailRP warn for "having a turbocharger on the car", I don't think this has to do with constant rule breaking. And you really think I have "no rule knowledge whatsoever"? I'm fully aware of the rules. Do you really think i did this intentionally?
  9. Your In-game name: Alfred Biergerstein Your Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:82868544 Reason of the warning: FailRP [Tier I] - Having a turbo charger on the car Date you were warned on: October 31st Admin who warned you (In-game name / Steam name/ Steam ID): Fabian Otto - STEAM_0:1:193161319 Explain the situation of your warning from your point of view in detail: So I had recently bought some new cars from the civilian car dealer. I bought the cars and was about to change the color of them, but I found more options to the car. There were options like like turbocharger

  11. Could be possible if his character is married to someone who has either the surname Ehrenreich or Deutscher. I know it is strange combination of surnames, but IC this can be true.
  12. I suppose you didn't look through the replies? https://imgur.com/a/aGZCaf9
  13. Ehrenreich (German for "rich in honour") is a surname that was adopted by diverse families in Germany when surnames were legally required. The American woman Isringshausen mentioned probably has German ancestors, as the surname is German https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ehrenreich
  14. But all of the different sources we are providing goes against the "valid" ban. @Johan Schneider https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ehrenreich https://imgur.com/a/aGZCaf9 Just because they are from Germany, doesn't mean they are right?
