  2. In my opinion this isn't and NITRP ban. Since from what I have witnessed from Hohenstein it is clear that he has a big intent to RolePlay. Which is clearly shown by his rank within the Ordnungspolizei. Someone that has No Intent to RolePlay wouldn't be a Senior-Non Commissioned Officer in a Regiment. I am not saying that this is worthy for a Permanent Ban. Maybe a Tier II FailRP warning, or something along them lines. Yes TO AN EXTENT. It clearly wouldn't result in a Permanent ban still. It isn't No Intent to RolePlay. This is all OOC, so it has close to no relevancy to the ban. It won't be used against him since it is OOC. I have no idea why you even posted DMs to back your argument. You saying all these +1s are members of the Ordnungspolizei, literally, Rossi is the only +1 that is part of OrPo. And if it is true what Rossi has stated that there was 4 of them to 6 members of Wehrmacht, then it would be a valid counter since it is a 1:2 Ratio. Pollok is a member of the Inspektions Buro, which is involved in OrPo, since he is an inspektor, so he wouldn't be +1ing it for Hohenstein, he would be +1ing for the sake of expressing his opinion. For me overall this is a +1, Ban should be reduced
  3. From my experiences with him in the OrPo he is a very competent and serious individual. He gets things done all the time when he asked to do so. By what I have read in his application I can see that he has a very good understanding of the rules and punishments. For me it is a +1

Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+): The server is based in 1943 during World War Two, we are based in Berlin at the beginning of 1943 in February, Germany starts of the year with their first major defeat. This was initially the downhill of Hitler after the amount of success he was getting during the war. Mussolini was removed from power at this time, to which resulted in Italy declaring war on Germany. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: I would see through the logs if there is anyone randomly killing people on the server, if that is the case I would teleport them away where I can speak to the individual. I would first make sure if he isn't in an Roleplay situation so that I don't ruin any of the roleplay that may be occurring. After bringing him away I would ask why he randomly killed people. If it was an accident, I would make sure that I would let him know to not do it again, and to be careful. If it wasn't accidental I would check his previous warns/bans and his playtime and punish him accordingly. 2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official: I would tell him how to become an Anwarter of the regiment they would like to join, if it was that they would like to join a Platinum VIP regiment or VIP regiment I would explain how to get the rank and where to go so that they could become part of that regiment. I would explain what every regiment does depending on each regiment. 3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: If I saw the individual messing around and not performing any kind of Roleplay at all, then I would ask them to stop with the messing about and to begin Roleplaying again so that everyone's experience on the server is a good experience. If he does stop messing then I wouldn't give any punishments out and leave it there, however, if he carried on with the messing around and ruining the Roleplaying experience for some people then I would warn them for No intent to Roleplay, if he carried on, he would get Tier II for no intent to roleplay which would result in a permanent ban. 4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: If the thing he is doing are very serious I would report the member of the faction to someone in their Hierarchy, if it is something minor, I would give him a warn if he is a veteran for the things he is doing, however, if the individual is a new player I would kick him and ask him to read over the rules. 5) A player is prop spamming: If there was an individual that was prop spamming I would ask him to remove the props, if they refuse, or carry on with prop spamming, I delete the props that were spawned and proceed with the consequences as required. Semi-Serious RP is where some things are spoke in characters, however, sometimes or even most of the times, things can be spoken out of character. 4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode: PassiveRP is where you do things to not cause any kind of destruction. The role of PassiveRP is to cause and enable roleplay that won't cause any kind of combat or anything along them lines, it is important, since it just allows to develop the roleplay experience on the server and allows people to get more involved. 5) Define the term of Combat Baiting: Combat baiting is where you do something to cause some kind of combat between someone. I manage to make relationships with people easily and I click with people very easily. I am a good listener and make sure I do my duties as a member of the Reich to the best of my ability to not only satisfy myself, to also satisfy my superiors. I enjoy helping a lot as a person and take more things on my chest, so that I can make sure things get done, and not left to the side. Interaction with people is always good, but I understand other people pain, when an Roleplaying experience gets ruined by other people, it is frustrating, and I always would want to tackle that. I've spoke to many staff members within NRP, and I personally think I get along with them very well. People outside of the staff seem to get along with me well too. I have low amount of warnings, which shows that I really do try my best to make sure the roleplay goes as smoothly as it possible can, both of my warnings were when I first join the server, and I didn't know much about it, but since then I haven't done anything to break the rules. Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes I do.

  9. He has respectable ranks on the server, and he is highly liked on the server by many. He is very serious within all his jobs and does really enhance roleplay. Good guy in character and out of character. +1
